What we'll cover
State accountability is in a state of change–transitioning from a system based on four Performance Indexes to a system based on five Domains. Amidst the uncertainty, certain concepts are clear and consistent: student progress is critical and student performance means supporting the learning of ALL students. Success in the new world of accountability will require that district and campus leaders be prepared to lead learning, prioritize work, maintain instructional focus, and provide ongoing support for teachers to ensure that students make progress and achieve success in learning.
